Funny you mentioned honey- I LOOOOVE honey (ohh and milk chocolate) so those would be hard to give up if I became Vegan (like harder than cheese). I need to realize all the GOOD things I could have when I become Vegan. Vegan is my goal, but since I'm so new as a vegetarian (3 weeks new) I'm not rushing myself at all!!

Thanks for the explanation! And I am also taking things little by little. It's a huge learning curve to have to think of new things to eat at every meal, so sometimes I think it makes it easier to cut things out slowly.
