I'm BACK!!!

So, I've been out of commission for about 1.5 months and am realizing that I've just been collecting recipes and it means I have a lot to catch up on. So I'm going to post pictures and titles and maybe a bit of description, but you'll have to keep checking to get more information as I have time to add it. Now, if you want a certain recipe, please ask for it and I will share it with you.

Here goes.

Rice Bean Tofu Bowl

Homemade Veggie Burgers with Potato Salad inspired by Crystal (though not as good as hers)

Veggie wrap with gluten steaks

Veggie Bean Bowl

Low-fat pesto spaghetti and salad

Non-homemade veggie burgers (from Costco) and Curtido (cabbage salad) and homemade french fries

One-of-a-kind loaf (I'll explain later) & sauteed eggplant, salad, greenbeans and watermelon

Like I said, I will explain this stuff in just a bit, I need to collect recipes when I can and need your input on what you REALLY want recipes for.
