Stuffed Grape Leaves and a Tzatziki Salad (sliced cucumbers tossed in Greek yogurt, garlic, and oregano) for dinner tonight.
I thought the Grape Leaves were super tasty. (The potatoes that cooked between layers of dolmas were exceptional!) I did make a couple of changes to the recipe - used all ground beef, replaced the mint with allspice, used half the olive oil in the filling, and a little less in the broth. There's no salt or pepper in the recipe which I think is a mistake. I used jarred, brined grape leaves, so I thought maybe I wouldn't need it, but the filling could have used a little.
