Low impact Exercise I love
I have been using regularly an exercise routine called Hybrid Calisthenics. It is AWESOME! Highly adjustable for any level of need! It is a body weight exercise that has helped me stay consistant with exercise in home. I adore it and am making slow progress.

I don't do that program, but I love Hampton and his videos on YouTube. He has such wisdom for such a young man, and I try yo play them when my boys are around,:lol
I also love how he teaches you to progress to things like squats, push-ups, and pull-ups. |

Hampton is an amazing young man. I love his videos and his desire that exercise be accessible to everyone at every level.
