vegan chocolate cake
 

I need to get this down here in case I lose this recipe before I need it!

Preheat oven to 375.
Dust your cake pan with cocoa.

1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Sift all dry ingredients together.
In a seperate bowl mix all wet ingredients together.
Mix until smooth, but not too much.
Put in vinegar, swirl in.
Into pan and oven quick!

Bake 25-30 mins :)
