Anyone Have a Copy of Five in A Row Volume 1?

If you have a copy of FIAR volume 1, would you be willing to help me out with something?

I am doing Madeline with my homeschool Co-op kids ages 5-7, and I would like to see what the FIAR book says about teaching them about the appendix.
