Re: November's Dinners
I don't normally participate but I love coming here for ideas. Tonight we had sweet and sour turkey because I was out of chicken and excited to find a sweet and sour sauce for 34p that my kids aren't allergic to! The last time i made it I got conned out of £2.50 in the 'allergy aisle'

Re: November's Dinners
Chicken and a veggie. What exactly I cook depends on if I'm cooking for my fiance and his daughter tonight, or just him...

Re: November's Dinners
5 minute bread? I'd like to know about that.
I made a nice cheesy baked pasta dish with lots of veggies...spinach, shredded zucchini, and carrots.

Re: November's Dinners
I learned about it from this link. I now own two of the author's books. I stopped making bread because I was gaining too much weight. Must have good bread to fill out soup night. It takes more than 5 minutes but it is hands off time, not active working time. No kneading.

I hadn't cooked since at least Friday for various reasons. Saturday I packed the whole day so had frozen pizza. Sunday was a celebration dinner at a Mexican restaurant. Monday was burrito bowls and guacamole from Moe's. Tuesday I picked up a burger and fries before the Halloween party. I tried a new place... I got a mushroom Swiss burger on a bun, and it was GF! Super yummy treat!

Re: November's Dinners
Made spicy pumpkin soup with leftover pumpkin today. It was an experiment really, but it went pretty well
