Can I make coconut milk yogurt? UPDATE POST 12!

I know someone posted about making coconut milk yogurt but I think they used thai coconut milk. I'm wondering if I could make it using the So Delicious Coconut Milk and then the So Delicious yogurt as my starter. Their coconut milk is cheaper than the thai and has a little less coconut flavor. I *really* want to try this.

It did not work.

I'm going to try thai and my new yogurt maker and lyk if it turns out (it will be a few days).

SUCCESS!!!

I am so excited! I used the thai coconut milk and tapioca starch and so delicious coconut milk yogurt in my new yogurt maker and it worked!!! It is so yummy!

It is thick and creamy and so good!
