Default Can I make coconut milk yogurt? UPDATE POST 12!

I know someone posted about making coconut milk yogurt but I think they used thai coconut milk. I'm wondering if I could make it using the So Delicious Coconut Milk and then the So Delicious yogurt as my starter. Their coconut milk is cheaper than the thai and has a little less coconut flavor. I *really* want to try this.

I have to say I am sorry I didn't get to the coop tonight. Hopefully that gives people more time to respond! I'm interested in how it works.

I'm curious too. Does anyone have the link to the previous thread talking about making it? I'd like to look at that too.
