Friday 5-minute Frenzy/Last list of the week

Okay, here we go, let's finish up all those things from earlier in the week so we can enjoy the weekend in a tidy, clean home

I'm just writing my list now; I have Bible Study at 9:30 and um, I haven't read the passages yet

So here's what I'll be doing this afternoon ...

AROUND THE HOUSE
Continue & FINISH laundry
Clean master bath
Dust living room
Measure couch to make a slipcover (woohoo! I get to buy fabric

)

ONLINE/PHONE
Call new trash company & demand my recycling bin be delivered ASAP; ask about yard waste removal
Look up zoning issue in my county
Enter expenses into My Money program
After kids' bedtime: Tally & declare an HHBC winner (I PROMISE I will do this one

)

I haven't been on here lately b/c I've been limiting daytime computer time, BUT. . .

I need to have validation or a pat on the back for what I've done this morning before 7 am!!!

made beds in boys room
picked up and tidied living room and boys room
cleaned out kitchen and bathroom sinks
did dishes
swept and mopped bathroom floor
swept and mopped kitchen floor
Took all of the trash out
Vacuumed all rooms (except for mine, but I need to find the floor first)

I think that's all, and it's entirely possible that I'm starting the nesting process

Also, I have friends coming over and I am totally paranoid about them thinking I live in a dump. . . SO, since I put off doing all of this stuff this week I am rushing around this morning to get it all done before 10. . .

I may be back on here with another list of things that I've done, but for now I NEED to start the coffee!!!

sorted and started laundry
tidied up kitchen from breakfast
got myself dressed by 7:15

I'm starting the day really late. I'm so tired I can't motivate.

made beds
straightened bedrooms
breakfast

at least I've got that routine down - I post it almost every single day.

Today's to do assuming teething baby with upset stomach lets me stop nursing!!

-put away sofa bed
-pick clutter off floor
-vaccum
-clean poop of rug (see seperate post to give me advice on this)
-empty dishwasher
-load dishwasher
-fold laundry
-do another load of laundry
-shovel driveway
-dust

Sorry I skipped out early yesterday- we had dance and then I had to go pick up DH and then once he was home, it was all over.

I did get most of the things on my list done yesterday, though.

I just changed a diaper and flipped laundry.
Now I have to go do school with the kids, but I will be back later. I have soooo much to do.

Just checking in to add to my list.. tell me if this is the dumbest thing ever...
I got a replacement check card for my bank account last month b/c my old card wouldn't "read" at cash registers anymore - seems I use it a a lot

- so I got a new card. But the bank (Wachovia) never canceled the old card

soooo I have two cards going to the same account, except one of them was chopped into bits & thrown away, but online purchases w/ that number still work. Say wut? So, "call Wachovia" has been added to my to-do's today

maybe I can get something done while I'm on hold
