What are you doing today (Fri) HHBC participants?

Today's to do is the livingroom:

sweep rug (and with any luck go to town and get a new vaccumn belt)
sweep hearth
dust
tidy up computer desk

and of course the daily tasks:

fold clothes
do at least 1 load of laundry
empty dishwasher
load dishwasher
quick pick up before bedtime

I need to finish catch-up from earlier this week: clean all three bedrooms, so that's dusting & vacuuming - shouldn't take more than 15 mins per room. I also need to - desperately! - dust my living room & dining room, calling it a pre-weekend tidy. Later tonight I hope to do some crafting, so I want to have a shiny, clean dining table to do it on (otherwise I'm nervous about half-dried up ketchup spills that I don't see until it's all over my fancy papers

)

I have company coming tonight for supper (the person I invited for one of the HHBC challenges!) so here's my list for today:

preweekend tidy - so my rooms will be neat and clean for supper including wiping down the bathroom, vacuuming family room, tidying dining room and family room and cleaning kitchen especially the floorgrocery shop
bake brownies
make lasagna
make a salad
cook/prep other components of meal - bread, green beans and grapes
figure out what dishes I'm using and how I'm going to set the table
