Can books be stored outside?
If I put them in a Rubbermaid type bin and put them in our shed, will remain intact? I live in a snowy area, if that makes a difference.

I don't think you should. You risk Mold & damage to the bindings.

I would also worry about the mold factor. Plus, even with rubbermaid, you're more likely to get bugs in the box that could cause damage to the books.

Where I live, no. They would get mold/water damage for sure.
