Musty towels -- help
They're our bath towels and they've just been washed and dried, but they still smell musty and mildewy.
I'm not sure exactly why, since they're hung to dry after our showers and not put in the hamper wet. Clearly, I have to wash them again, but what can I do to get rid of the smell ? Would baking soda work?

Re: Musty towels -- help
I stripped mine like diapers when that happened. Hot water, not much soap, lots of rinses.

Re: Musty towels -- help
That's happened to me before, and rewashing in hot water with baking soda seemed to do the trick.
