Natural remedy for hayfever
thats safe for me my DH and ds2yo. nt necessarily same thing but i need something that can be taken to help.
any ideas please much appreciated.

bioallers drops, hylands hayfever tablets (didn't work fantastic for us, ours are realllly bad). LOCAL honey (within 20 miles of where you live), and I just started this tea today. I hear excellent things about it so we'll see...

I've had good luck with apple cidar vinegar and honey. The more ACV you can stomach the better. Its stout stuff though!
