ugh I really needed this today..... I have such a hard time with my kids and all the arguing/ fighting/ picking on eachother!! I know they are still young but it makes me crazy!!!

I love today's lesson!!!

I do think a lot of punishment is about trying to eliminate conflict and I think that makes people grow up being uncomfortable with conflict. But conflict really is an opportunity to learn--about the person you are in conflict with, about yourself, about feelings, etc.
