Reason: to see the best in one another Discipline Skill: Positive Intent Discipline Value: Cooperation Affirm to yourself five times a day :"what I offer to others, I give to myself". Re: LGP week 5 day 2
I really love this: "What I offer to others, I give to myself." I just think it's so amazing that how we treat & think about others, not only springs out of who we are, but also can change who we are. If I am gracious to my family, I feel better about myself and am more inclined to extend grace to myself when I need it. If I'm hard on everybody, I'm usually hard on myself, too...often I'm hard on others when I'm being hard on myself.

Re: LGP week 5 day 2
this principle really impacted me when I read the book a few years ago. It's a solidly Biblical principle--reaping and sowing, loving our neighbor as we love ourselves.
