Practice changing your self defeating statements into encouraging ones. Tell yourself at least 3 times a day " I can handle this. I am good enough"

Wow, this is good. I tend to think, "I just can't handle this," a lot so... very good to hear.

Yeah, yesterday sure was the day to practice that statement! We had 2 mamas come over with their little ones at different times during the day. Right now DD is in a place where she needs a ton of coaching about how to talk to other kids, how to ask for things, how to wait her turn, etc..., and I was soooooo worn out by the end of the day. And all that constant coaching makes me feel like everybody must think my child is just terrible & I'm a bad mom.

So, this is for me: "I can handle this, and I am good enough!"

I get kind of embarrassed with all the coaching too. It seems that some children just know how to do things? I dont know... but I know I end up leaving playgroups and stuff feeling so defeated like I am the worst mom ever. Im glad this worked out for you yesterday!
