Celebrate your successes in changing your behavior. Decide two things you want to accomplish in a day (only two) After you accomplish them, honor yourself by saying "i did it!" then describe what you did.

two things in a day??? That's all? Or does she mean two unique and special things? If we just need to do two things in the day then I can go back to bed for a week

I don't have the book, but have read it before. So I hope it ok that I am posting in here too. I have been pretty crabby latley and would like to get through our bed time routine with out being crabby. I think that would be a huge accomplishment for me.
