I had to work a little bit late, then had 2 errands to run, THEN to the grocery store - so just picked up premade food from the grocery - one of those already cooked chickens (dh and ds love them), a loaf of french bread from the bakery and a couple of packs of sushi from the deli.
I called ds and said - please make carrots to go with dinner.

I just got my box from Imperfect foods and need to figure something out with ahí tuna, portabello mushrooms, asparagus, and baby broccoli. Also have bok choy but not sure if that all goes together

I don't know about the tuna, but I would tend to rather add potatoes to the viegies and roast them up like a hash. It add rice and out them all in a stirfry.
