Looking for Blueberry Pie recipe
One that uses frozen berries, and no cornstarch.
I killed a bag of berries. They got too warm, and re-froze into a solid block. It's too much for just smoothies, and nobody here is in the mood for that texture these days anyway. So, on to pie. Got a tried and true recipe? |

Would this work? Technically calls for fresh, but I have had it with defrosted ones and it was still just as delicious! Perfect for summer! I also like it with a graham cracker crust if you are feeling extra lazy. |

Re: Looking for Blueberry Pie recipe
If you add a shredded apple to the blueberry, the pectin in the apple helps to "gel" the pie innards.

Re: Looking for Blueberry Pie recipe
we just use our apple pie recipe (I can find the recipe if you want it). You can sub flour for cornstarch if you don't have potato starch or tapioca starch. It works ok.
