Flour conversion
I want to make crispbread using this recipe... http://www.recipezaar.com/Swedish-Cr...ebroumld-30989
I don't have any rye flour, and I don't really care if it has a rye flavor. I just want to make my own crispy crackers/bread. Can I just substitute fresh ground ww flour for the all the flour in the recipe?

Re: Flour conversion
I'm just getting into grinding my own flour!
I would think that the ww would be a good sub. I too would love to hear how it turns out!
