December Dinners

Tonight I had no plan and threw something together that everyone loved. I had pasta, miso ginger broth (from Trader Joe's), cabbage, onions, garlic, and Aidell's pineapple teriyaki meatballs (from Costco). I cooked the meatballs and the pasta in the miso ginger broth (just enough so the pasta would absorb most of it), sauteed the vegetables, and tossed it all together.

I refuse to accept it's already December! But dinner is chicken pie and veggies tonight.

Last night was French onion soup in the IP and grilled cheese.

Tonight will be chicken and basalmalized onions.

I just bought shrimp last month. This looks like a perfect recipe for us! How spicy was it with the cayenne in the marinade?
