Re: November's Dinners
I tried to make chickpea curry in the slow cooker but baby interruption means it went on too late and it wasn't ready. So we're having that tomorrow and instead i defrosted some Costco meatballs and made a quick sauce with passatta, garlic and herbs to go with the rice I had already made for the curry. Random but it already filled bellies.

Re: November's Dinners
We had Lemon-Herb chicken thighs in the crock pot. (Recipe is from the first THM cookbook.) Roasted green beans and a salad on the side.
It will probably freeze tonight or tomorrow night so we picked all the produce still in the garden except the root veggies. We've got a fair amount of herbs, a few green tomatoes and gobs of peppers (mostly jalapenos) to use. I'm going to be busy this week! I've got maybe a dozen or so celeriac plants in the garden that I'll probably harvest soon. Do any of you have some good recipes for it? I've mashed it like potatoes and used it in stir fry, but that's about it.

Re: November's Dinners
We have made this for years. I don't add the basil or pine nuts but the lemon zest makes it so yummy. Mine is usually done by about 16 minutes so check on it early if you try it.

Re: November's Dinners
I think tomorrow will be Moroccan chicken. If I can figure out how to make it in the IP. It's a crock pot recipe, normally.
