Dinner is decided.

I only have 3 hours.

Its my parent's anniversary dinner and I invited them over but I don't know what I am making... Its no big deal for them if we did a dessert only thing, but I'd like to make something nice for dinner too.

Here is what I have lying around to use... Can anyone help me put together a recipe?

Noodles
Hashbrowns (the cubed-like ones)
Potatoes
Cheese- Motz, Parmesan, Colby and Mexican Spiced
Cream Cheese
Peppers (red, grn and yellow)
Milk
Eggs- for "melding" a dish together- I know they just had an "eggbake" recently so I don't want that to be the main part of the meal.
Chicken
Sausage (link, not italian)

I'm thinking about a rich, cheesy meal with peppers in it... Maybe in the form of a casserole?

Or should I completely change gears and make something different. I have one hour to decide before I start making it. Any ideas?

can you make a cheesy/pepper sauce for the noodles and grill/bake/broil the chicken with really vibrant flavor?

I think thats going to be our dinner for Sunday... Tonight I opted for a garlic cream cheese & spinach stuffed chicken breaded in crushed corn flakes with cheesy-garlic/chive mashed potatoes. For dessert, I'm making a variation of sex in a pan- chocolate cake with carmel/butterscotch in/on it... Topped with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, whipping cream and frozen Crunch bars.

I'm excited.
