Here's the link; adding the black beans is optional but you can make this recipe into eight (rather than six) enchiladas if you add the beans, so that stretches it even farther. The enchilada sauce was flavorful, but not too hot or spicy

Thanks! i have been looking for some ways to use some shredded chicken, so I am adding these to my dinner plans this month.
