what do you use radishes in?

Any recipes. I was looking up some ideas and wondered because I bought some. We were raised just eating them plain and raw. But for variety I thought about trying a saute with them and some garlic and onions. Wonderful if cilantro would be good in there? I have quite a bit of fresh cilantro left after making homemade salsa last night(I use cans but would love to start trying fresh tomatoes) and wondering what I can use it on.

I'll probably always prefer them raw alone or with salads. Hmmm But just always been curious what people use them with, in etc.

I put them in sushi rolls when I make them. Avacado, radishes, and cucumber. Yummmmmm. It gives it that spiciness like a mild wasabi.

Dh and I were in Chicago at a swanky hotel a few years ago. We ate at the hotel's restaurant. It was A-MA-ZING. Anyways, the chef brought out this awesome, but simple dish--roasted veggies. It included chunky cut carrots, red onions, fennel, radishes. I re-created it at home roasting them in olive oil, sea salt and pepper. It is so simple, so good.

Before, that, I had never had radishes except for in salad.

I, also, dice radishes into bite-sized chunks or slices and add to my pico de gallo.

I put them in a hearty vegie soup, chopping in the greens, too.
