Re: SO what is for dinner?
I'm going to the city (alone since DD's shoulder is still in pain), so DH is likely doing supper. I might tell him to pull some potato-leek soup out of the freezer or leave him to his own devices.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Yesterday we had sausage sandwiches, fries, and corn (real veggies for the boys) for lunch, and premade frozen turkey burgers for supper. It was a busy day
Went grocery shopping last night so I have options for today! Too early to decide but at least I have a meal plan to see the possibilities

Roasted tomatoes - slice tomatoes longways, put on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with fresh parmesan, oregano, and basil.

Tonight hot dogs and mac and cheese. BARF! I was outvoted by 6! At least the mac and cheese is Whole Foods organic in the box.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
We had steaks on the grill, corn, salad with a homemade Italian dressing (my first time and it was yummy), baked potatoes and bread with some seasoned olive oil for dipping. It was fantastic.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
We had steak (got a thick London broil on the reduced meat rack - 1.4 lbs for $4.15 total), potatoes with butter and sour cream, roasted asparagus and green beans. Dessert was strawberries with whipped cream and grated bittersweet chocolate.

I had cereal and Thin Mints. I have no idea what anyone else ate because I was taking a nap. And man oh man, now I'm craving steak.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Some sort of stirfry involving beef and a boatload of broccoli. I went to Costco yesterday. Eliot is VERY excited about the giant bag of florets.
