Re: November's Dinners
I bought some miso recently and have been using it a lot.....I'm loving it! Here are some recipes I've tried the last few days that were all a hit:
Roasted Eggplant Spaghetti with Miso Brown Butter Sauce Miso Sweet Potato and Broccoli Bowls with Miso-Ginger Marinated Grilled Salmon on top of each bowl. Tonight we're having this shredded harissa chicken (using her homemade harissa recipe) on top of brown rice with Tzatziki, roasted garbanzo beans, and Persian cucumbers.

Re: November's Dinners
Monday was Creamy Penne with Sausage. I hadn't tried the recipe before but the kids liked it. I made it with gluten free penne.
Tuesday was Slow cooker Sesame Chicken over rice, with Asian stir fry veggies, and pineapple and mandarin oranges. Tonight I'm planning tacos with Mexican rice and guacamole.

Re: November's Dinners
It's actually raining here, so it's a soup night! I'm making Beef, Tomato and Acini di Pepe Soup and some garlic knots.

Re: November's Dinners
Last night we had my Grandma's bbq meatballs, crockpot mashed potatoes, cauliflower.
Tonight I'm planning to make some kind of crispy oven-baked tilapia, red pepper risotto, and sauteed yellow squash.
