AirPort issues on my mac. Help?

Okay, I'm about to lose my mind with my computer this morning. It started running really slowly last night, kind of out of nowhere. Now it is taking three to five minutes to load a webpage. I turned off all other wireless connections in the house, no resolution. I've restarted my Mac several times. Not better. All other wireless things are working just fine in the house, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the modem or router, but specifically the desktop. I'm really frustrated and the apple forums are filled up with people who actually speak computer. I know how to restart my computer and access facebook. That is about my limit of computer knowledge

The best I can tell is the computer looks for a new network every five seconds or so. Why would it be doing this?

that would drive me batty.

I don't have much more to suggest. Have you tried turning off your modem?

Did you ever get this fixed? Turning off the modem and the computer and unplugging phones (if its DSL) is a pretty standard thing to try. After a few minutes, you plug everything back in and turn them all on again.

Yeah, it just started being cool again. No idea why.
