Re: I need to recalcify my teeth...how?
mostly subbing... When I had to quit all toothpaste in my avoidance diet (they all had coconut/corn/soy in them)....I went to using baking soda/sea salt. And my tooth sensitivity went away! Before that, my teeth would be way sensitive with regular old (not even whitening) toothpaste....and I would often resort to the Sensitive toothpaste. But come to find out, I don't need to do that. The last 6 months or so, I have been mostly using Uncle Harry's tooth powder from Lehman's. I like the Weleda toothpaste too, but it's more expensive and harder to find. One bottle of tooth powder lasted me over 3 months.

Re: I need to recalcify my teeth...how?
Weleda Calenduala Toothpaste. REALLY really loving it. My back molars used to feel gritty to the touch and I complained to my dentist and she said they were fine... after a few days with this toothpaste they are now smooth! Someone said natural toothpaste lowers the acidity in your mouth and I think that also must be true as I have been waking in the morning with much less of a morning icky taste in my mouth too... AND my toothbrush starts squeaking when I'm nearing the end of brushing my teeth which never happened before.
I have to remind myself to take a picture of my teeth today so I can save it and hopefully look back in a year or more and see some change! I'm also going to start making my own soup broth starting this week to add minerals back into my diet as I read that is a great way.... also keep forgetting to get fish oil capsules. |
