Zucchini sauted with garlic and brown rice. DH got dinner on the road, chickadee is clingy so it was something quick.

DH and the girls had roasted asparagus from the garden, store-made sausages from the Co-op and some perogies. Too heavy for me with a migraine (well, pretty heavy any day actually). I had some of the asparagus and some mushroom soup from a tin (one of my go-to childhood comfort foods that I haven't had in forever).

Poutine with chicken tonight, I think. I roasted a whole chicken and made gravy yesterday. I'm feeling lazy today.

Forgot to get any meat out or soak any beans, so I think we'll just have egg drop soup with broccoli, rice noodles, and goat cheese.

Lunch was chicken/rice/cheese with veggies. Supper will be leftover crockpot oatmeal. Eggs for the guys, not sure what protein for me...

Yay for dh's that cook! I came home to grilled steak fajitas (served on lettuce with tomato, grilled peppers and onion, guacamole, sour cream and cilantro) and his version of sweet potato hash.
