I took chicken legs out of the freezer and we'll be having broccoli in some form. Looking for an interesting (carb) side for them. Hope there are lots of posts today!

Lunch was baked lemon pepper fish, homemade macaroni and cheese, and peas. Supper will hopefully be salad with meat, maybe chicken...

we had meatballs, gnocci, and steamed green beans with a butter/brown sugar/garlic sauce. they were so good.

Hmmm. That might be yummy. Definitely messy! We just toasted regular marshmallows. I just realized I forgot to pack coffee! Oh no!!!
