Super easy, semi-healthy candy recipe
I put semi-healthy because I know some people don't think honey's that great for you.... But this is sooo yummy. I made up a batch last night for dh because he's on a no sugar kick and ended up eating most of it myself
Mix together one cup of peanut butter, one cup of dry milk powder and one third cup of honey. Stir thoroughly and spread in greased 8x8 pan. Refrigerate till hardened. It has a fudgelike consistancy. You could probably fancy it up with some carob chips or coconut flakes.

Re: Super easy, semi-healthy candy recipe
thank you for the recipe, Trina! Sounds good!
As an alternative to honey (for those who don't use honey) I bet agave nectar would work well, too!
