Burger buns are rising, going to grill up some burgers (it's 80 degrees!!!) and make a salad. I have some frozen fries, too

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Friday is pizza night here also. However it is still alot of work for me.
DH and DS1 share a wheat crust, but DH wants meat and veggies and DS1 no veggies. DS2 has GF cheese pizza that I get by the case when they are on 25% sale and he tops them with whatever he feels like that day. I have to make myown GF-Yeast free crusts. (make them two at at time and freeze one for the next week) And make mine vegetarian. I buy goat cheese, Daiya and fresh mozeralla and everyone gets what they like/safe etc. Too much work for pizza night. But in the end everyone is happy .

Cool.
---------- Post added at 10:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:12 AM ---------- Friday is crock pot night bc I work the weekend staring tonight. I didn't have a plan, but I smeared some honey mustard on a pork roast and threw in apples, carrots, potatoes, onion, and apple cider. We'll see how it turns out! |

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Grilling hamburgers. I have some potatoes that need used up, so I'm going to make potato packets. Oreo pie in the freezer. And I'll put out whatever raw veggie sticks I have.

We ordered pizza.
Well, even worse, we made the kids a frozen pizza and ordered pizza for ourselves. |

Re: SO what is for dinner?
DH is on a homemade pizza kick. This had better not turn into a trend.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Penne regate with a jarred spaghetti sauce, leftover roast beef that I had in the freezer and steamed corn - I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel since I've been sick for over two weeks and haven't been to the grocery store. Yeah for emergency food storage.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Tell me about roasted tomatoes as a side...
---------- Post added at 10:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:28 PM ---------- We had pizza quiche. Everyone loves this meal...and it is half the trouble of a real pizza. (I made an angel food cake yesterday, so it was a perfect use up for 11 yolks! ) |
