The I-Can't-Believe-It's-November Main Meals
Please share with us what you are having for your main meal each day in November. You can also share a pic if you like. It's such a great way to get new ideas to add to our own menu rotations.
Homemade macaroni and cheese topped with seasoned fresh diced tomatoes and bacon bits.

Pumpkin chili tonight. I made a huge batch for a chili cook off, but we didn't end up going. Now it's dinner!

Tonight is random leftovers from the past couple of days: homemade chicken pizza, homemade taco dip with tacos, chicken nuggets, salad, whatever else I find in the fridge.

I'm thinking breakfast for dinner tonight. Eggs, biscuits and sausage and gravy. Oranges and apples.
I need to go grocery shopping.

I'm in a bit of a rut lately. Tonight was pork roast, oven roasted potato wedges, steamed green beans.

Re: The I-Can't-Believe-It's-November Main Meals
Spinach salad tonight. Tomorrow will be a hash brown casserole (already prepped for the oven), Tuesday is Borscht with fresh bread, Wednesday is grilled cheese sandwiches with day old bread. I'm not home on Mondays and Wednesdays for dinner so I prep food that I know the family will eat without complaint.

I think it will be "Grammies Chicken" (chicken tenders baked with sourcream spices and crackercrumbs over the top), mashed potatoes and beets.

I can't remember what I planned for tonight Stirfry I think. I'm trying to be intentional about using up old stuff in the freezer and pantry.
