Pork chops without applesauce?

I have some pork chops and I really don't like pork.

But my family does. What can I do with them? I don't like sweet with them, so no fruit recipes please. I need ideas!!!

We marinade them in soy sauce and (a generous helping of) garlic powder then grill them.

My mom always pan fried them, then added slighly watered down condensed mushroom soup. It seems to be a regional favourite around here, but I'm with you when it comes to pork chops...they tend to stay at the store.

I always Shake N Bake mine.

I really don't care for them that much.

grilled with a marinade of italian dressing, soy sauce/braggs/ and pineapple juice

or with homemade scalloped potatoes and onions

homemade shake and bake (we're gf)

Southern Smothered Pork chops, definitely NOT health food. I don't like pork chops at all, but this recipe makes them tolerable.

I like Heinz 57 sauce on my pork chops. Yum. A1 is OK too, but Heinz 57 is sooo good on pork chops, it's how my grammy makes them. (good memories) A mustard pan sauce would be great too.

Great, now I'm hungry. ;p
