It was a BIG hit with everyone and I felt good that there are no refined sugars or white flour in there. Very dense and yummy! http://www.food.com/recipe/the-fanta...ot-cake-109547 I didn't have enough honey so I used some date syrup. Also I didn't have the pineapple so I used applesauce. Used coconut oil for the oil. I haven't been able to find any healthy frosting I like. Glaze, yes, but frosting not so much.
