She takes probiotics at least 2 times a day and enzymes before most meals - we forget on the enzymes sometimes but not often. We do other stuff too

Ack. I really can't tolerate magnesium in any form or amount due to the dysbiosis of my gut. Which is rough because I need calcium, my ones are in terrible shape.
The homeopath gives me 9 kinds of calcium in my usual remedy which has been backordered for about a month. C reacts to something in Natural Calm so we use ionic fizz which I know is not an option for her.
