Need ideas to help wound healing and boost immunity

So ds is 17, had his appendix out 4 weeks ago. Was hospitalized for 6 days for IV antibiotics for abscess in his abdomen and has been home since 10/23. He has a belly wound that is healing ok. He is still on antibiotics.
Need some help with natural ways(vitamins) to boost wound healing and his immunity. He is taking probiotics.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can find homeopathic arnica pills (vs the cream/gel - you do NOT want to use those until the would is completely and securely closed)- it aids in healing quite a bit.

Manuka honey can really help with wound healing.
