Monday was peanut noodles and pan seared bok choy
Tuesday was Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green salad
We had delivery from a local Chinese tonight.
Tomorrow (or today since it now midnight) we are having stuffed bell peppers with roasted savory carrots and strawberry and banana "salad"

Yesterday was tacos (side brussel sprouts). Dh is super sad I don't make my stuffed green peppers anymore. They were his favorite. I stopped by 2 of my w children dont eat bell peppers. Maybe I'll do it sometime and they can put the inners into a tortilla.

I basically put a bit if just the rice and meat aside for my youngest who will get picky at both the pepper and added stuff like onion and canned
tomatoes plus I use cheese and she can't have that. She'll have the rice meat sides and I'll cut a fresh tomato for her.

We're having loaded chicken and potatoes tonight. I think. It's basically cut up chicken and potatoes loaded with baked potato type toppings, bacon, cheese, and green onions.

Tuesday was Greek Power bowls, last night was Mediterranean pasta and Greek salad. Tonight I'm planning pan seared tilapia with cilantro butter, cilantro lime rice and sauteed zucchini. For NYE snacks I'm planning cheese ball and crackers and celery, chex mix, assorted olives, unfried ice cream and sparkling juice.
