Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
Clear skies here! Ours started a couple of hours ago, and in one hour will reach it's peak.

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
Thanks for the reminder. We all went out until we got too cold.

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
Just came back in!! I will show my children pictures that I took. I looked at the moon a couple of hours ago and it was so clear out, I could see differences in the surface of the moon. It was so bright, I felt like I could see rays of light shining from it. Amazing!

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
We saw it with a bite out of it, and saw it when it was almost fully red, but then when we went out at the peak time there were clouds.

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
We met at a playground with some friends and watched it. Everyone had such a great time. It was neat for the kids to do something so unusual - playground in the dark, staying up late, seeing the eclipse, the whole experience.

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
We saw part of it. But we were all pretty tired so we didn't stay out long.

Re: Lunar Eclipse starting now!
This is a pretty good time lapse of it, though it only goes halfway. (Doesn't show the light coming back after peak.)
