Favorite Fudge Recipe?
I think the girls and I will be making some fudge tomorrow for teacher and bus driver gifts. I was thinking of chocolate mint fudge or peanut butter fudge or both.
What are your favorite recipes for fudge?

Re: Favorite Fudge Recipe?
I made white chocolate and cranberry fudge last Christmas for the first time and made it many times over the holiday period. It is very easy. Do you want the recipe?
350g (12oz) granulated sugar 25g (1oz) unsalted butter 175ml (6fl oz) can evaporated milk 100g (3½oz) dried sweetened cranberries 300g (10oz) white chocolate, chopped Cut a piece of baking parchment large enough to line a shallow 25x20cm (10x8in) baking tin or a 1kg (2lb) loaf tin. Put the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large heavy-based pan. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved completely. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Immediately remove from the heat then add the cranberries and chocolate. Allow the chocolate to melt, then quickly stir the mixture and pour straight into the tin. It will thicken immediately. Spread into the tin and chill for an hour or so until firm. Cut into squares. This recipe need doubled for a decent sized batch imo.

Re: Favorite Fudge Recipe?
Key Lime and Orange Creamsicle are my favorite flavors. I tried to make some last year, and while they tasted yummy, they didn't set up as firm as I'd like.

Re: Favorite Fudge Recipe?
The recipes I used involved white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and orange flavoring for the creamsicle/lime juice for the key lime.

Re: Favorite Fudge Recipe?
I followed the recipe on the back of the Marshmallow Creme can and added in some peanut butter.
