We had a vegetable traybake (potatoes, broccoli, carrot, tomatoes) with a mild curry sauce. Oh, and chickpeas! It was pretty nice but it took longer to cook than I’d planned, and was a bit small.

We had coconut chicken curry over rice for dinner.
For dessert, we had a pear, cranberry, and gingersnap crumble. It was glorious. Wanted to try it out as a potential Christmas dessert, and I think it might be a winner.

Charcuterie board (although I don't have an actual board ) - various cheeses, hard salami, crackers, veggies (baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes), dip, olives, maybe some almonds, raspberries
