arwen Deactivated Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 3,387	raw oatmeal recipe i've been having this every morn and last nite i had some too...thought i'd share my recipe. raw oatmeal one banana raw cocoa powder varies other things..... like this morning i put raw pumpkin seeds in.... you can add a touch of celctic sea salt if you want too. put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.... using a fork mush up your banana... put in the bowl with your dry ingredients and you are good to go! it's so good and satisfies my craving for something oatmeal like and hearty. this morning after my flax water i couldn't even finish the rest of mine. i thought about doing an all pumpkin and using pumpking spice and some pureed pumpkin and agave nectar or xylitol... possiblities are endless
