Schnitzel (just because I like saying "schnitzel" and DH likes it and I don't make it very often), baked potatoes, broiled asparagus and broiled tomatoes with havarti on top.

I have a Mexican casserole in the oven. It should be delicious. Ground beef, taco seasoning, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, cheese, refried beans, black beans, and corn tortillas.
