May
Is there no May chat? Or is it hiding somewhere?
I have dropped off the face of the internet, basically, b/c I have been working 30-40 hours a week and homeschooling and ... well, that pretty much wipes me out. We are getting ready to wrap the year up, just another week or so. My oldest started Omnibus a few weeks ago. I'm disappointed b/c the teacher's guide is on dvd. We have one laptop that plays dvds and it is connected to the big tv in the living room. So the only way to look at the guide is to use that and have it for everyone to read in our small, people everywhere, house. Sigh. So I am behind in checking her work. I am excited to have grabbed Heritage of Music at a book sale. It is a 4 volume set, covering music from...when time began. I'm not sure how we will use it yet. I am surprised there are not lesson plans for it somewhere. I know it's an older series, but it looks great. Undecided about science. Was going to use the next in series for Jay Wile, but I might bump back to Real Science Oddessey and do second level Biology. Thinking about summer schooling too....
