Celebrate Calm
At the risk of having false assumptions made against me again, I'm venturing to post because I thought this guy was very helpful. I've only watch a couple of his YouTube videos and read a couple newsletters, but it seems to be great stuff. (Though I'm sure some ladies here will be able to pick him apart, others might find him helpful also). He's all about handling things in a calm manner.

Re: Celebrate Calm
I've only heard good things about it, and there have been threads here in the past you might want to check out.

Re: Celebrate Calm
I've emailed with Kirk in the past, and he seems like a great guy. I'm sure I wouldn't agree with everything; I doubt I'd agree with all that anyone teaches, you know? But I've really found a lot of good and helpful things in what he teaches. For instance, one thing that helped me immensely was learning that a lot of the time the reason we parents respond the way we do is because of our anxiety. Being able to put a name to that and realize what I was doing has helped me move towards positive change.
I think someone here may have mentioned something they were concerned about before regarding something he said, iirc, but overall I think what he teaches and does to help parents and teachers is super important and good, and I do recommend Celebrate Calm to others. I'm glad you mentioned that resource and glad it's been helpful to you.

Re: Celebrate Calm
I JUST last night came across a few of his youtube videos and watched them. I found them generally helpful and encouraging. It kinda made me wish I had the funds to pay for some of his courses and see what else he has to share, because I'll take all the help I can get right now.
