Great site for advid readers...
if you are a homeschooler who loves to read I think this site is awesome. I just found it and like I need to belong to another reading site. But, we always end up reading a book that makes us want to read another book and another. I thought this might give you some good ideas to study this year.

Re: Great site for advid readers...
Oh thank you that's awesome!!! We love book review sites!! I've gotten so many great books for myslef and the kids through people's "bookshelves" on their blogs.

Re: Great site for advid readers...
Just what I needed, another site to suck me in!!! I have been so thankful for the internet, when I think of all the excellent books I would have missed without it I just shudder, especially living in the middle of nowhere with no good bookstores. Amazon, how I love thee!

Re: Great site for advid readers...
I opened the site, glanced, and closed it. There is NO WAY I can get sucked into that site! That's sort of what Amazon.com does to me- they have those, "If you like this book, try this one" links, and you click to another, and another, and another, and before you know it your wish list is 300 books long.
But I"m sure many people will enjoy it! |

Re: Great site for advid readers...
I just stared our first trail for Abraham Lincoln's World. We started this for Ambleside Online Year 5 but got sidetracked when I was sick. I figured we would start back up with it anyway and just wander back to what we always end up doing. And, that is checking out more books on what we love and keeping track of them in our Book of Centuries.

Re: Great site for advid readers...
I do that too. But that's still a lot of books to read.
