When we'll I learn not to change cat litters?!
I have been using Feline Pine, or a generic brand of it, for a long time now. Last week I needed cat litter and the grocery store I chose did not have Feline Pine so I bought some new light weight clay litter.
It says low tracking. But I am sweeping the bathroom floor 4 times a day! And I hate the perfume smell. Bought some World's Best Cat Litter today because that is a god one too. (ETA: and I had a $2 off coupon) We'll suffer through the clay litter and I won't buy it again!

yea I don't like the cheep clay liter either. Honestly though we HATED the feline pine the smell makes me gag like poop and pine. I know soo many love it but I don't get its appeal.

I've never heard of that kind. Where do you buy it?
I usually buy Exquisicat at Petsmart.

Our pet smart has it. We order through chewy.com though since they carry all we use.

Re: When we'll I learn not to change cat litters?!
Finally found the right litter here too, never thought I'd change from clumping but the dust was annoying. I mix an anti-bacterial with expensive crystal and the smell is so much less.

I hate the smell of clay, or maybe it's just the perfume they add. I used to love Swheat scoop, but it seems to track more.

Re: When we'll I learn not to change cat litters?!
I use CatSan non-clumping with 1/4 Felight Premium litter crystals, and a shake of generic deodorizer. Scoop for 3 days then change all. I find any stinkies dissipate quite quickly.
---------- Post added at 12:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:51 PM ---------- The CatSan gets kicked out but I just bought a litter mat for in front and it now catches everything |
