Well, it looks like we are moving.... exactly 1.8 miles from where we live now, from a 3 bed 2 bath condo to a little sweet 3 bed 1.5 bath house (with a partially finished basement we can easily finish and add a 4th bedroom and full bath, also has a little backyard, deck, and garage which we are excited about!) Anyways, we are set to close on April 7th and we are going to move out of our condo and then put it up for sale after we're out. Does anyone have any moving tips or hacks for a move of a short distance? What should I start packing now? We plan to hire movers. Favorite types of boxes to use?
