What have you been canning?

So what have you been canning lately? I've done some deer meat. Getting ready to can either french onion soup or just can my beef broth. Anyone ever do a homemade french onion soup? I'm a bit intimidated.

Um....deer meat.

I think French Onion soup would do well, but I wonder if you should throw everything in raw and then can it? I think that would work well.

How do you can your venison? I've been meaning to do it for a few years but still haven't done it.

I do it the "illegal" way and water bathe can it for a minimum of 2 hours from boil.

Hello there, lol! Yes it's me

! So I got my beef broth done today. MUCH better when roasting the bones first before making the broth

. I got 8 qts this time.

Next I plan to try and get some more beans done. I have a bunch of organic blk beans I want to do first (since I have them on hand). Anyone else have any canning planned?
